At Skinous Undergarments, your safety and hygiene are our top priorities. Due to the intimate nature of our products:
Hygiene Protected
All undergarments are sold as final sale, and we do not accept returns or provide refunds once the product is delivered.
Returns or refunds will only be considered if:
- A defective product is received
- An incorrect item is delivered
In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ecare@skinous.in with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
